Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lunaria Booking platform operated by Lunaria Unlimited Inc. ("Lunaria Booking," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Lunaria Booking provides campground management software, including:

• Online reservation and booking management
• AI-powered phone and chat assistants for guest communication
• Payment processing for campground reservations
• Guest communication tools (SMS, email)
• Property management dashboards and analytics

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Reservations & Payments

• Booking Holds: Reservations made through our AI assistant are initially placed on temporary hold (QUOTE status). You will receive a payment link to confirm your booking.
• Payment: Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Cancellation: Cancellation policies are set by individual campground properties and will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Pricing: All prices are set by the campground property. Lunaria Booking displays prices as configured by the property owner.

4. AI Assistant & Communications

• Our AI phone and chat assistants provide information and booking services on behalf of campground properties.
• The AI assistant may not have complete or up-to-date information about every property detail. For specific questions, the assistant may refer you to the property owner.
• Phone conversations with the AI assistant are transcribed and logged for service quality and booking accuracy.
• SMS messages related to bookings are sent with your explicit consent. See Section 6: SMS Consent Flow for details on how consent is collected. Reply STOP to opt out.

5. SMS Terms

Lunaria Unlimited Inc. sends text messages on behalf of campground properties through the Lunaria Booking platform. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS, you agree to receive text messages including:

• Booking confirmations and payment links
• Reservation reminders (if opted in)
• Account verification codes (for property managers)

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages to guests. SMS messages are transactional and related to your reservation or account.

6. SMS Consent Flow — Phone Reservations

When you call a campground property powered by Lunaria Booking, our AI phone assistant handles your call on behalf of that property. The following describes how SMS consent is collected during the phone reservation process.

Step 1: Reservation & Phone Number Confirmation

During the call, the AI assistant collects your reservation details (dates, site preference, name) and confirms your phone number by asking if the number you are calling from is a good number to reach you at, or if there is a better number to use.

Step 2: Verbal SMS Disclosure

Before any text message is sent, the AI assistant reads the following disclosure:

"By providing your phone number and continuing, you agree to receive SMS messages from Lunaria Unlimited on behalf of [property name] regarding your campground reservation, including booking confirmations, payment links, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

You must verbally confirm agreement before the assistant proceeds to send any text messages.

Step 3: Booking Link SMS (Transactional)

After verbal consent is confirmed, the system sends a text message with your booking payment link. This message identifies the campground property by name and includes your confirmation code, total amount, and compliance information. For example:

"[Campground Name]: Hi [name]! Your reservation is held. Complete your booking here: [booking link]. Confirmation: [code]. Total: $[amount]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Step 4: Reminder Opt-In (Optional, Separate)

If you have not previously opted in to reservation reminders, a separate follow-up text message offers you the option to receive reminder messages about your upcoming stay:

"Lunaria Unlimited on behalf of [Campground Name]: You are opted in to receive messages regarding your reservation at [Campground Name]. If you would like to receive additional text message reminders, please reply YES. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Privacy Policy: https://booking.lunaria-unlimited.com/privacy-policy Terms: https://booking.lunaria-unlimited.com/terms-and-conditions"

Replying YES constitutes your express written consent to receive recurring reservation reminder messages. This is optional and is not a condition of your booking.

Returning Guests

If you have previously provided SMS consent and opted in to reminders, the verbal disclosure and reminder opt-in message are not repeated. You will receive only the booking link text message (one message).

Opt-Out & Help

• STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from reminder messages. Transactional messages related to active bookings (e.g., payment links) may still be sent when you initiate a new reservation.
• HELP: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@lunaria-unlimited.com.

7. Property Owners

If you use Lunaria Booking as a campground or property owner:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your property information, pricing, and availability.
• You agree to honor reservations confirmed through the platform.
• You are responsible for your property's compliance with local laws, regulations, and health/safety requirements.
• Lunaria Booking provides tools and AI services; we are not responsible for the operation of your campground.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
• Submit false or misleading information

9. Intellectual Property

The Lunaria Booking platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Lunaria Unlimited Inc. Property owners retain ownership of their property descriptions, images, and content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lunaria Booking is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Campground conditions, amenities, or services
• AI assistant responses that may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
